We design, build, test, and iterate on hard biological questions as a student-led research team.

We use synthetic biology and interdisciplinary scientific thinking to investigate meaningful biological and biomedical problems, while building an environment where students develop as researchers, engineers, collaborators, and scientific communicators.

Project PRISM

A biomedical research direction worth watching

Project PRISM is our current research effort. At a high level, we are curious about why complex biological systems do not always respond the same way to related challenges. We work across computation and the lab in stages the team can honestly carry on its own, learning as we go rather than promising a finished story too early.

Public details stay intentionally limited while the science is still developing.
